Introduction to Campaign (Challenge)
Driven by the misconceptions in the aesthetic world where aestheticians are often perceived as an unbecoming professional that’s unqualified skin specialists due to the booming of beauty centres who also define themselves as “skin experts” but are in fact just facialists that may not be clinically-approved. Medic Deno was motivated to show Malaysians the skillful prowess of their aesthetic services that is not just another beauty centre but a holistic haven for skin health with professional and certified skin experts.
The Solution
Understanding that seeing is believing, we devised a reality program to showcase the journey of the common skin problem that Malaysian face – acne. The program included three affluent influencers who act as mentors to guide three struggling individuals facing acne. Through the program, Malaysians get to see the experience for themselves while learning the right way to care for their skin.
The program was lighthearted and also included various relatable scenarios that creates consideration for Malaysians watching to be inspired that acne is not a hard battle with the right guidance from a true certified aesthetician.
The Result
The campaign lead to 2.5M reach with 2.3M views for the programme.
